Rafael’s Suites – Santorini
These Giveaway Rules govern participation in the “Win 3 Nights in Santorini” giveaway organized by Rafael’s Suites.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The giveaway is organized by Rafael’s Suites, Santorini, Greece.

- Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals 18 years of age or older.
Open to participants worldwide, where permitted by law.
Employees, partners, or immediate family members of the organizer are not eligible to participate.
- Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on 25 December 2025.
The giveaway ends on 28 February 2026 at 23:59 (Greek time).
Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
- How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:

Like the official giveaway post
Comment on the post and tag three (3) friends
Complete the official entry form via the link provided
Sharing the post on Instagram Stories and tagging @RafaelsSuites may count as a bonus entry, where stated.
Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise specified.
- Prize
The prize consists of three (3) nights for two (2) persons in a suite at Rafael’s Suites, Santorini.
The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.
- Booking Conditions
The prize is valid for stays from April 1st to October 30th.
August is excluded.
All bookings are subject to availability.
The winner must make the reservation at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Flights, transportation, meals, and any personal expenses are not included.
In case of cancellation or no-show, the prize will be forfeited.
- Winner Selection & Announcement
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be announced on the official Instagram account of Rafael’s Suites on 1 Marz 2026.
The winner must contact the organizer within 7 days of the announcement.
If the winner fails to respond within this period, the organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
- Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway.
Data will not be shared with third parties.
By entering, participants consent to the processing of their data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
- Limitation of Liability
The organizer is not responsible for:
Technical issues, lost or incomplete entries
Any travel-related issues beyond the accommodation provided
Circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure)

- Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the giveaway constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway if circumstances require.
